This morning I did the HIIT workout that I posted a while ago. It still kicks my butt every time I do it.
And afterwards, I did the following workout that I found on the blog: Undressed Skeleton.

(the best thing about it is that you can do it at home if you just need a quick workout)
These are the steps:
50 jumping jacks
20 lunges- alternating legs
hold plank position for 10 seconds
then go into a push up position and alternate bringing leg to chest. 10 times.
(repeat plank position and leg to chest 3 times).
stand up and bring alternating knees to chest 10 times.
10 regular push ups
crouching position. And then jump out to push up position. back to
crouching position and jump up. Repeat 20times.
repeat again if you want to increase intensity and be super sweaty!
I was dying by the end. But it felt so good!
