watching Jay Leno will make you healthy!

Today's workout:
Jillian Michael's 30 day shred (level 3)
5 day abs- day 5.

i love jay leno sooooo much! We watch him every night and my dream is to go see his show in person.
Comedy is the perfect way to end the day and end it on a high note- with laughter.
Did you know that laughing doesn't just have mental effects? It also affects you physically.
It increases endorphins and can even help your immune system! It also relieves pain and increases personal satisfaction.
In an article published by the Mayo Clinic, it says:
Negative thoughts manifest into chemical reactions that can impact your body by bringing more stress into your system and decreasing your immunity. In contrast, positive thoughts actually release neuropeptides that help fight stress and potentially more-serious illnesses.

Laughing also burns calories. Boo yah! Another article, says:

Giggling for just 15 minutes a day burns enough calories to shed up to 5lbs of fat over a year.

So if you're interested in keeping track of how much you're laughing, let me know how much weight you lose ;)
